How to enforce inheritance of proeprty under hindu law

A person got married .He sired three sons and one daughter from first marriage.His first wife died leaving behind three sons and one daughter.Later the person got second marriage. From this marriage he sired one son and two daughters .Now, the person died leaving behind his four children from first wife ,three children from second wife and second wife.First wife is dead. The person died without any will. What will be the rights of first wife' s children ,(first wife is dead),second wife(alive) and second wife's children in the property of the said person.Hindu law

Venerated Sir,
As per the above query, you want to know about the rights of shareholders from ancestral and self acquired property. I would like to inform you that as per the Section 10 of Indian Succession Act your all above family members falls under class I categories, hence intestate's widow, or other widows together, shall take one share and also surviving sons and daughters and the mother of instates shall each take one share.

The property left by the deceased Hindu male person shall be inherited by and distributed among his mother (if alive), his second wife, his four sons and his three daughters. And everyone will get equal share.

dear client....
the whole property shall be divided in equall share among all the siblings.
one share shall be of the second wife even..
