need advise for trust deed related. need to add the two person as fresh trustee and need to remove two person from trust has they are expired.
You need to follow the bylaws of your trust strictly. If there's any resolution needed for the selection of new trustees then you need to abide by the same. Once selected new trust deed may be executed or amendment may be introduced by deed.
