22-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
My uncle purchased a flat 20+ years back, the sale agreement and the will by builder is on my uncle's name, however the GPA and SPA by builder is on my father's name. My uncle passed away 2 years back, how to get the property registered now? Please suggest the process.

As your father is having the GPA depending upon the clause in the GPA your has has might be having the right to to deal with the property and if so you can get the property registered

However one has to check that there must not be a will left by your uncle mentioning the devolving of the property after his demise
