How to divide property between siblings

20-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
I own a house along with my brother and parents. The registration includes my parents, brother and myself. The house was built in 1981. My father passed away in 1984 and mother passed away in 2005 with no will. Ever since my brother and his family has been living in the house on the ground floor. The upper two floors has been rented. The rent has been collected my brothers family. My brother has passed away in 2006. Now the house has been occupied by my sister-in-law and her two sons. I have 4 sisters. None of their names are on the house registration. I would like know what are the options to get the house divided?

You have to file suit for partition and have to claim your specific share is house I question..

If you having 50% in said house then you are also entitled for the 50% of rental income..

You may also file shot for rendition of account and may claim 50% income since the inception of tenancy. for more discussion you may contact me.
