I had registered a plot with government at an undervalue What are consequences and How can I defend myself in court I belongs to a Hindu family

Nothing would happen ...don't worry ,only capital gains tax would be more as per the section 50c income tax act 1950,tax would be liable on whatever the actual value of the property and not the valued you have registered ...
