How to claim share in my Mother's property sold by my brother?

i live in bangalore and my home town is karur in tamil nadu and my grand fathers property is sold by the brothers of my father and my father or i didnt not receive any share and we were not even informed when they sold our property. How can we claim our share now?

Yes you do have a share in the property that is in your mothers name and you may file a suit for partition/declaration etc. seeking appropriate reliefs before the concerned court. An application seeking appropriate injunctions against your father from selling or alienating the properties as well as for deposit of the rents in court etc. may also be preferred in the interim

sir/madum, IF your father has not been relinquished from his brothers before selling of the ancestral property, your father can file a suit for partition and sought for treat null and void the alleged sale deeds. If your father is no more the legal heirs of your father can file the same suit.
