How to claim share in great grand father's property?

my great grand father has an property in his name at jalandhar city and expired in 1970 ,leaving three son and 03 daughters . out of three son , my grand father named inder kumar has also been died in 1986 leaving 03 sons and 02 daughters and an step wife too . This property now belongs to my grand father inder kumar and his two brothers , step wife of my grand father , 02 daughters as per municipal corporation records .the property tax paid by in the name of my grand father and his two brothers till date. Now my father has also been died in 2012 leaving behind me . now i want to take share of my Great grand father property but my Chacha g ( second brother to my father ) make possessio by means of electricity bill and shows possession on the property . now i want to seek advice the property still stand in the name of my great grand father ,how i will fight for my right and share on this property . pleae advice me as it is the most complicated property dispute . I am an Hindu family .

Soo it is ansectral property.. you can file suit for partition in civil court. You will get your definite share in the property.
Now the situation is your father has died. Soo the share be shared by you and your siblings including your mother will be equal share. And soo on.

there is inheritance of the property by your self and your chacha ji as well. I shall advise you to approach the civil courts where in you will seek your share by defining the same in the case. Your chacha ji shall also get his share and similarly your other relatives who have inherited the property shall also get their respective shares. your share and other share holders shares are safe but since they are not demarcated and specified thats the problem in the matter, so, civil court should be approached by you seeking your share and possession of the property by you.
