How to claim property from wife

We purchased a flat in the name of my wife and loan for the purchase was applied for jointly.I repaid about 95% loan.Now wife thinks of making will for giving the property to some other person than me.If she does so,what is the remedy available to me to claim the said property?

Firstly whether the flat is the name of the wife or you are a co owner in the flat. If wife is the single owner then it may create a huge problem as it her wish and if no step is taken by you she may also create thrid party interest

You can file a civil suit in civil court claiming your rights on the property with all Details and accordingly the court will stay on selling and transfer of that property.
Remember if the property price is more than crore then you have to approach high court.
