First tell me u father made a will. Your father purchased land on your brothers name. So their names r recorded as owner of the property. After their death their family names r recorded as heir of them. If your mother has no place u can file suit for her , but the problem is your brothers were died and u can take care of your mother. I do not know your fanancial condition . First of all i must know everything. U can call me

Dear sir,
I need certain clarification before guiding you on this matter
Firstly please let me know that in the year 1972 whether both your brothers were minor and your father have mentioned their names as nominees.
or both the brothers were adults.
Secondly the right of legal heir only exists if the property is purchased in the name of your father but if the same is purchased in the name of brothers you may not be able to claim until you are able to prove yourself as thier sole and legal heir or the property is ancestral
