How to become soul authority for my land? I'm a Hindu

Inherent property Land of 81 cents. Father died. Including mother it is divided into 13.5 cents for 6 people. 1 mother and 2 sons and 3 daughters. Now mother registered her land to one of his daughter(me)(because they have to give me debt) and the land that already belonged to me. So total 27 cents. The registration is legally performed in Subregister office. Revenue documents are in my name till now. My mother also died a year ago. Now my other siblings filed a case against the registration. And they are trying to take the possession of my 27 cent land. The case is still pending. Could you please help to what to do now??

The gift deed can be questioned by filing a suit for declaration in the court of law. However, it will be challenged only if the person is able to establish that the execution of the deed was not as per the wish of the donor and was executed under fraud, coercion,misrepresentation etc and your case need to know what question against

you can not mention what is that your siblings are filed against you whether it is in partition suit or to cancel the settlement unless and until the nature of the case we know we cannot for me and their cut of legal opinion in the case whether you have a legal right and whether your mother has transferred at property on a legal line then no problem at n years the litigation maybe the vexatious. litigation only
