17-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
sir, I am a 66 year old lady with high bp and knee issues,i cannot walk properly. My elder son is trying to capture my property. He got job in indian railway in compassionate ground and he never took care of me.He and his wife torchered me.i am staying in first floor,he and his wife using sland language and threathing me not give me porperty papers back.the property is in my name.and he took a home loan but he did not completed the house also.and now i m telling him that i will sell my gold ornaments and close the loan .he is preventing me to do so.as he is co applicant and he says he will not sign the papers so that property will not be given by bank to me as bank said they need signatures of both parties.
You are the owner of the property and no one can capture it in Ur life time.No one has the right.Having property papers will not give right of ownership.Though it's your property Ur document u ask back for it.
For any further problems give a written complaint to local PS .
As regards bank loan u can contact the branch for payment and foreclosures..

Madam,
The bank has given loan and add your son as the co-applicant because the papers were so made that the loan wiĺl be reimburse by him. I do not know whether any feed was made prior to the passing of the loan. Please try to remember have made any gift deed in favour son.
If no feed has been made in favour of your son and you are capable of reimburse the loan alone , then write a letter to that extent , if then bank refuses to return the property papers and your son did not sign you can approach the law for help.
So far the touched is concern thrust by your son and daughter in law you can file a complaint before the local police
Thanks
