How to apply for mortgage loan from bank when property documents lost?

I am hindu, and from gujarat. We have purchased property of open plot in 2008. We have every documents with progressive agreement since 1979. However we do not have POA of 1981 and we asked sub registrar office however they said they have destroyed the documents since it is 37 years back. Now we are taking a mortgage loan from the bank however the Title clearance local advocate says they cannot do title clearance since it is missing. I am the 6th owner and each agreement is available except one POA of 1981. Please help.

In that matter must have issued public notice and owner of said property can execute affidavit / indemnity Bond for such matter then after advocate can issues title clearance certificate for that property.

The documents must be showing entry of the relevant documents and also the record of the destruction of the same. You can put the same before the bank and try to obtain the title clearance. as the title clearance depends on your name in the record and past 30 years of record.
