How to appeal against permanent injunction of Court
21-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
We are using part of our neighbours land as a connecting road to main road for the past 20 years. The road has been constructed and everything has been done. But when we trying to get the drainage system in place they are saying that they have permanent injunction from court since 1988 which we came to know recently. What can we do now?
You get permanent injection copy. You check it what case they got injection, case number, against who was the party, all you need to get details, the you file a suit for getting drainage. Consult more information and get relief.

You can as well file a civil suit to protect your easementary right . It is pertinent to see the land map as well other records to ascertain the outcome of the suit .Were you not a party to the suit of injunction by your neighbour?

Dear sir,
you will have to clarify with the department regarding the permanent injunction. have you seen the orders by your self. Kindly look into the documents and then file a case if needed. You have to be sure that why this permanent injunction has awarded to them which you will come to know through the orders only
