How shares will be distributed between father and grand father

My grandfather wants his share in the property of his father, my grandfather's younger brother had declined to share the property...he says that u don't have any right over here its all mine...and have paid money to their father for some properties sold by him? What to do?

Respected Questioner,
Your question revolves around succession right. As per the law if property comes from ancestral side then every heirs have equal right therein. Suppose property will come from self acquired property then only who acquire the property have right to transfer his own property as per choice. dear client.....
your grandfather need to file a partition suit and claim his share from the ancestral property
let his brother proof he has paid for the property and so on....
