How property division can be done if mother dies without a will

my mother dies without making will....we r 3 sibling.I m the elder sibling living seperately...n my brother n yongest unmarried sister living in my moms house...now they r not ready to give our share..my sister has taken all property....my mothers house..locker...she saying that she has taken care of mother so all property belongs to her....do by taking care all property can b hers ?..nothing on her name...all is on my mothers name

You have 1/3 share in the property if the mother has not made any will.
You can file the suit for partition of the property. You will have equal share in the property same as your brother and sister.
