How much % will be deducted from booking amount

I have pay Rs254000 at the time of booking a flat and sign the document of expression of interest only . Now from some reasons I wanted to cancel my booking but the builder will deduct 15% from the booking amount . The builder will Never mentioned that 15% will be deducted and rest of the amount will be refunded without interest . So now, I am bounded to pay that %? Plz solve my query..
No this is not the case as you have percieved. You can file a consumer complaint and can seek refund of the amount paid so far along with interest @12% per annum as well as litigation cost and harassment. Contact me for further guidance

On such kind of dispute everything is based on agreement signed between builder and buyer.
for proper advice you have to meet with copy of agreement. if there is no clause of deduction then builder can not deduct single penny. For more information and advice you may contact me. I am dealing with property matters.
