How is the share of siblings in parental property calcultated

My father(Hindu- Bengali),got a piece of residential land from the Govt. as a East Bengal Displaced Person, in Delhi. He died in 1974. My mother(Hindu-Bengali) got it in her name. She died in 2012 without making any will.She had 1 son,3 dau'ters What will be their share as per latest SC judgement.

you will get an equal share in the property as your siblings. All being class I heirs.
You will have to obtain a succession certificate from the court as per the succession laws applicable to you. If you are a Hindu, as per the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 (sections 8 and 15),
