02-May-2023 (In Property Law)
Our Parents died without any will & survived by a married son & a unmarried daughter. So now me & my sister are combined legal heirs. My question is 1. how much shares of property will be allocated to both? 2. what about the expense related to my sisters marrige, how this will be adjusted?

Through partition decree your land can be divided among the surviving legal heirs/ successors. Your sister's marriage is irrelevant in connection to the partition of land....

You and your sister equal shares in you parent's property.
Now you can settle amicably and deduct the expenses incurred for her marriage from her share.
Otherwise you can file a partition suit and along with averment and let the court decide on merits of your plea.
