How i can change name of the house after the death of the person?

It's been nearly 13 years since my grandmother passed away but we haven't been changed the property name.How and What should we do to change the name of the house from my late grandmother to my mother?
You can change the name in revenue records by using death certificate and legal heirship certificate and that would suffice to show that your mother is the present owner of the property and got it by inheritance. Otherwise, change in the name of the property as such would cost more.
