How does the property division between two brothers will takes place

Two brothers have property of three acres land and house in joint name ...but smaller brother has been farming for around 35 plus years in the land and living in the house without the support of elder one. On the other hand elder brother who works in job in different city has owned many property and cash over the last 35 years and he has also taken cash profits from land earnings from the smaller brother (smaller bro Don't have the supportive document to ensure it). How will this work???
