How do I secure the Right to self acquired property of mother

07-May-2023 (In Property Law)
My mom has 2 properties in chennai and I have one brother. The properties are self acquired. Can I claim equal share on the property? Do I have to file a case if my parents are denying me the property. We are Hindus. I earn more than my brother and am married. Does this change anything.

Sir/ Madam,
If the properties are self acquired one, you can't seek remedy by filing suit for property. Your mother can give the property even to a stranger, since it is self acquired. One more thing the source for such acquiring need to be probed and if any loop hole is there we have to arrive and act accordingly.
