How daughter can claim in inherited Property

We are 2 daughters to our parents ,parents got inherited house and lands from grandparents and rest parents earned . My financial condition not good I would like to know wl I HV right to get my share as parents saying tht am married they DNT want to give my share.am having a son for his education I need financial help . kindly I WD like to know way to get my share
Your parents have absolute right to give away to any one they like whatever they have earned by themeselves. Now with regard to what you call as the property that your [parents have got from your grandparents, first you don`t have a right to force partition when they are living. also your right on it depends on how it came to them, not just from whom. i believe you have understood this.

You have not mentioned when you are married, and your parents are alive or not, you can claim ancestral properties of your father but you can't claim which properties earned by your father, plz come to us with all documents for free consultation and also we will file case for partition with very less fees.
