How can we revoke the stay order given by the court

10-May-2023 (In Property Law)
Dear Sir/Madam, My father and his brothers are currently working on distributing their ancestral property. As part of the distribution, none of my uncles were willing to take my ancestral house as it was very old and it does not have much value if they sell it. As my father is eldest of all, he had agreed to own/take it. My father and my uncles have already signed on the distribution sheet and it is now pending with the court for final discussion and signature. All my other uncles have started building houses and other properties in their marked places as per the distribution sheet. My father has also started constructing a house in the marked area as per the same sheet as we don't have a proper house to stay. Now, my uncles are planning to trouble us by putting a stay order of our stopping our construction work. Please advise how that stay order can be stopped/avoided and also, please let me know if they will be able to apply for a stay order in this scenario.

I am not able to understand, if a stay order has already been passed or you are apprehensive of a stay order. Anyway which place you belong ?
I can advise on this matter, only after going through all the documents.
If you so please, please contact me.

1st tell me in this property who are the absolute owner I mean to say In Patta how many people have their name .Is your father name are there in Patta?if yes then you can file a temporary injunction petition otherwise you can file 144 case to vacate the stay order.
