sir mere dad ki property mere dad ki sister's lena chahate hai kyu ke property ke documents unke pass hai woh hamein hissa dena nahi chatte hum kya kar sakte hai ismai?
First of all u should issue a legal notice through a lawyer claiming all your rights and share. You may file then civil suit for partition and injunction against all the concerned parties and claim your rights and share.
