How can my name be added in the flat as co-owner

Our flat is presently in single name of my husband. Iam the nominee in the flat. How can my name be added as a co-owner (2nd owner) in the flat? Do I have to pay stamp Duty, if yes then how much ? What documents we need to execute/register for me to be added as co owner ?
You have not mentioned as to where the flat is located. And if it is maharashtra, then in which city because apart from stamp duty and registration charges,, you might have to pay LBT in few cities for registration of gift deed of 50% right of your husband to be transferred to your name to make you co- owner.

I have perused your legal query and have to answer as follows:
Since your are the nominee the ownership is not transferred in your name. Hence to transfer the name as the co owner you will have to enter into a deed which will have to be registered at the sub registrars office
