How can I transfer my property to my daughter if property is on loan

I want to transfer my property to my daughter but the problem is that the home is on loan sp original documents are with them . So i wanted to know that can i tranfer this property to her by a photocopy of registree or not , if not then please suggest me a way of doind this.
Hey, you will have to take permission of the bank and if the bank gives no objection and your daughter agrees to the terms of the loan, then the property can be transferred to your daughter because otherwise it is encumbered as of now.
