how can I get refund of my money invested in property ?

Hi i purchase a plot in sarjapur banglore last year sep 2016 but still they did not gave me registery keep on delaying by saying waiting court order and all i paid 650000 and 15k for regis i want my money bank i did refund paper work with the agent of vip king town but still nothing happen plz mail me back i am not in india i made gp for my frnd and came she is handling there wht action i should take plzz tel me thank u
