How can I get 10 acre land without paying registration charge for it ?

I m in central government job.I studied with my uncle since childhood. On all of my documents, it's my uncle name over it .my maternal uncle is dead.he have 2 sons.I have a sister.my actual father has 10 acre property.how can I manage to have thisproperty.Registration charge is 8,80,000. advice me to save on this huge amount.

If your uncle name is there on all the documents you have., then you can by attaching all the documents the property may be transferred on your name.
