How can claim back the sold property by my father

Hi sir I'm Ashwin from hyderabad. My father was sold one property on 1993. With out informing to my mother on that time my age is 5 years old. We need that saled property back. How can we do that. We want to file a case on it can u give me your suggestions
First of all you did not mention the property of your father is whether his self acquired or ancestral? If it is self acquired property, you cannot do anything since he has every right over it. If it is ancestral property, then you can claim after attaining your majority. When you questioned, please give a clarity about the acquire of the property of your father.

You didnt state on whose name the property stood (because you mentioned about ur age and informing your mother). The deed can be cancelled if there exists any element of fraud/mistake. etc. The reason for delay in approaching the court has to be convincing though the period is almost 25 yrs, Discuss in person.
