How can a daughter get share in fathers property after his death

We are Hindu family.we are four sister & one brother.my father died in may 2005.my mother is alive .mother do not want to give shares to her daughter.can we claim our share from mother & brother.they are trying to get property in mother's name .what to do . please suggest.
your right cannot be taken away by any one. apply for the partition with a permanent injunction. if your father died without making a WILL, all of you will get equal share. also you can write the letter to the city record office about your share.
