Housing society trying to evict me with false allegation what can I do

There r 11 Members in a housing coop soc in mumbai i hv my motor garage for which i m paying commercial assessment for 25 Years i hv gumasta licence on the same address i do not hv residential flat in this bldg now 8 Members are united for redevelopment of the bldg with the brother of ex secretary before 3 Years they appointed him as developer without following due procedure of law and were pulled up by registrar for not inviting tenders now that enimity is there against me can they file false case as they r having 3/4 Majority and put me on the road pl advise
No they can not do the same for which you can file a case against the Housing Co-operation society stating all the illegal postings as well as the said interference in your property. The co-operative housing society was required to follow the due procedure for the said appointment which they already failed thus, if you want to file a case against them regarding the appointment then you can do the same.

Hello, if you have any apprehension that the other side may file false case against you then you better take initiate and issue a legal notice against them also you may keep inform concern police station in writing and keep the office acknowledge copy for your record.
