Housing society election in our society

Hi,
There is housing society election in our society . Most of the house owners are senior citizens.
Few of them unable to walk and can’t come down to cast the vote.
Can registrar or returning officers go to their house and get the votes.? They want to do voting but due to illness unable to come .
Please suggest asap
