Housing JDA agreement failed on 2019 but the construction is complete

14-Sep-2024 (In Property Law)
In the year 2016 we landlords ie me my mom and dad signed a joint development agreement with developers which failed on 2019. But in 2021he started construction and now its almost 80% finished. Now the developers are not showing interest in renewing the agreement. There had been a plan revision under form 20 which also we have no information. Please guide if this is the correct way to proceed without valid jda. Also i need an advocate to handle this property.

dear client as per your query since development is already started on your property a development agreement must be made between you as owner of the property and the developer or you can file a case against the developer if without any agreement development is being on your property...
