02-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
Sir/mam, my home is on the name of my grand father and he had expired long back. My father had expired after one year(2003) of my grand father expired(2002). There are 2 brothers to my father. Till now my mother, myself and grand mother are staying in the house. 2 brothers of my father are staying in hyderabad (other houses). Till now all the muncipal taxes, water bills, electricity bills are been paid by my mother only, even till death of my grandfather, my father only paid those all utility bills. All the 2 brothers and my grandmother are not supporting us. Is there any way to get that home wholly by us

usually if there is any written will or anything executed by your grand father then you can claim the property from the other brothers or else if your grand father died intestate there will be prospective share in the common house
