House is Joint property ground floor (wife is staying)

Dear Sir, my divorce case is in court i was staying in the joint property on first floor but my wife has broken the doors of both the houses of fist floor and given for rent for the incident i have lodged complaint in police station in 2022 but after two months police issued the NCR now i am asking rent holders please vacate the house but they are not vacating and not giving rent agreement what i have to do now shall i lodge fresh complaint on rent holders or on my wife Please advice Subhas B

okay I understand your questions .so if you are the owner of the house you can file a case at court evection suit .and take a court order and vacate the house if your wife also joint owner she is deposite the amount of construction the building you can have a share from of rent from tenant half share or what is your contribution depend up on the contribution you can get rent .
