As a Criminal lawyer, I can offer some general suggestions. In this situation, it's important to consult with a legal professional who can assess the details of your case and provide accurate advice based on the specific laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Given the complexity of property distribution, shared ownership, and potential threats, it's advisable to take the following steps:

1. Gather evidence: Document any threats, communication, and evidence related to your ownership of the hotel and the side plot, as well as the threats made by the elder brother.

2. Consult an advocate: Reach out to a qualified lawyer who specializes in property and real estate matters. Share all the relevant information and documentation with them.

3. Review ownership documents: Have the legal expert review the ownership documents, registrations, and any agreements related to the hotel and side plot to understand the legal rights of each party involved.

4. Negotiation: Depending on the advice of your lawyer, you might explore the possibility of negotiating with the elder brother to find a peaceful resolution to the situation.

5. Legal action: If negotiations fail and you continue to receive threats, your lawyer can guide you on the appropriate legal actions you can take to protect your property rights and personal safety.

Remember, only a qualified legal professional can provide you with advice tailored to your specific situation and the laws in your area. Feel free to reach me for further legal consultation.
