I got my MODT cancelled yesterday in Sub Registrar's office. Will the bank's name be removed from EC?
is the cancellation of mortgage deed is registered at the sub register office then automatically is a really you are released from the b****** of the loan and there is no income rates in the property cancellation deed builders like that and the reflection of the cancellation due itself shows that there is no income trends in the property
