Home loan given on illegal property

I was take home loan from gruh finance, but gruh finance not checked and verified builders documents property. After two years we khows builder build property on agriculture land also search report was not properly, NA certificate given us was bogus.many documents was fruad, how to file case against Gruh Finance. Already we registered complaint against builder and matter is in court. I want to file complaint against Gruh Finance
This is my response to you:
1. Have you filed an FIR?
2. Is the matter being heard in consumer court or sessions court?
3. You must approach both options;
4. Consult a local property cum criminal lawyer and take steps.

Why do u exactly want to file a complaint against gruh finance?
Your property is illegal and they have definitely been blind sighted while giving the loan.
Has your account got NPA? They are only liable for giving the loan and not for the property being legal or illegal.
