Hindu laws on getting back rights of property surrendered to brother?

If a married lady has legally surrendered her rights to father's property to her brother, is it possible to reverse and regain such rights? Our religion is Hindu
Hi,
It is not possible to get back the share surrendered by you if it was legally surrendered , you have to prove that you were under threat or undue influence or not mentally fit to act. As gift given cannot betaken back.

Once you have surrendered all the rights while in full senses, the law do not allow it. However, only one way is to come out of such a situation by revealing the facts that actually you were mislead due to dominance of your relatives.
