High tension wire passing above the residential property

12-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
About 5 years back i purchased house in bangalore, high tension wire is passing above the house which i ignored while purchasing as the property is directly alloted by BDA and all the documentations are upto date. Now I need to sell my property but unfortunately i am not getting buyers due to high tension wire. I already written to KPTCL / BESCOM but they refused to remove the wires. Kindly suggest me future course of action.

you can file a suit in court for mandatory injunction to remove the said high tension wire against the kotcl and on courts order it can be removed , prior to that you can issue a legal notice to remove it if they still do not act then file a civil suit and get it removed.
