High court appeal suit case which was wrongly judgment by D-Court

How many days or month will take for High court appeal suit which case was wrongly given the judgement in District court? How to know whether the case was filed by my Lawyer or not? When the Lawyer not given any number how can I track online ? plz any good human give correct procedure, it will helpful for me

For a District Court judgment, the appropriate appeal and limitation period depend on the nature of the case, the court that passed the judgment, and the applicable statute. Therefore, the exact number of days cannot be stated without examining the judgment. The client should immediately obtain a copy of the judgment and ask the advocate for proof of filing, filing number and acknowledgment. If no number is given, the client can independently check eCourts using the party name or advocate name

If you are dissatisfied with a District Court judgment in a civil suit, you may have a right to file a First Appeal before the High Court under Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, subject to the nature of the case and the applicable limitation period. Generally, an appeal to the High Court from an original decree of a District Court has to be filed within 90 days from the date of the decree, subject to the Limitation Act and exclusion of the time required for obtaining certified copies. Delay, if any, may be condoned by the Court if sufficient cause is shown.
