Hi sir/maam i have a question.
12-Jun-2026 (In Property Law)
The ancestral property which is acquired after a partition b/w sons and daughter. Now this property is co owned by a mother and daughter. Now daughter is completely taking care of mother in all aspects. Now mother wants to give her share of property to daughter itself. Which option is better whether gifting or releasing it.
I understand your questions ancestral property participants through how it is important like registered the partician deed or panchayath parikath that is important whatever share she get share she can transfer her proparty to her own wish you can take gift deed not reles deed maintainable
