Having leakage in bathroom coming from upper floor Neighbour is not re

We are facing leakage problem in bathroom on ceiling but ypper floor person is not reparing even after 5 reminders
If it’s apartment raise a complaint / representation before apartment association, despite if they not initiate action issue the legal notice and file a civil suit, you have to discuss with advocation with necessary proof and documents to get a clarity.
