Have received a notice 9D (Rule 26-4 subrule (3))

I have received a letter from ಕರ್ನ್ತತಕ ಭೋಸುಧಾರನ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೇ ಕಲಮ 77ಎ stating that the lands specified has to be decided by the District commissioner. So the memebers who have declared the land and the owner of the property have been asked to come to court on 27th of MArch 2019 with all the required documents. My late grandfather is the owner of the property. We would like to know if there are tribunals going on for us to be present on 27th of March ? And if we are going what are the required documents to be taken

It is a summons from the office of DC. Some one has filed a claim over name in MR or RTC. Hence you are required to be present. I suggest you to hire advocate or file memo for appearance and take copy of claim/petition. And pray to file objections.

It is a summons from the office of DC. its filed a claim over name in MR or RTC. you required to be present. you should appear there or appoint any advocate behalf of you and contest that. through file objection and vakalath.
