If someone has illegally occupied or encroached upon a part of your property, you can take prompt legal action by gathering ownership documents, conducting a formal land survey, issuing a legal notice, and filing a civil suit for possession and injunction.

Hello sir Firstly talk to them and ask them to stop construction as it is causing a lot of disturbance. You can give a legal notice to remove the staircase in your vacant portion. If you don't get proper response You can get a temporary injunction.
