Harrasment and irregularities by RWA

The RWA committee of my society has a personal grudge against me and after a huge argument with them one day they stopped providing me facilities such as garbage collection, access to guards at the society gate etc. thereafter I stopped paying maintenance. The society is also undergoing inquiries for financial and administrative irregularities. Now they are threatening me with stopping water and electricity supply while they are still not providing me any facilities. Please guide.
U should file a civil suit against the society committee as ur basic requirements and security are Bern compromised .As far as stopping of water and electricity supply is concerned that is ur easmentry right u can get a stay order/specific order in that regard from the court. Contact me
