Harassment by son for property, what can be done

26-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
I have given my property(house) to my younger son by consent of my elder son and me but untill I am dead I will remain in the house. This is mentioned in deed. But now my younger son is harassing and threatening me and my elder son by help of local goons to get out of the house. What should I do now. ?

1) you should move to court and seek permanent injunction directing son to vacate the residential premises

2)you should obtain injunction order to restrain son's agents, representatives, assignees, associates etc. from creating disturbance in the peaceful possession and occupation of the parents self-acquired property

3) you being a senior citizen can also move senior citizen tribunal for necessary reliefs

If you have not transferred the property by way of a registered Gift deed, you can recall the earlier family settlement deed and sell of the property if it is your self earned property and debar your sons form their shares in the property.
