Is there anyway to legal.get my money back as the builder said it was not possible to give money back
yes.. you can recover the money already paid along with the interest..
but you will have to issue legal notice for demanding the money paid and his failure to complete the construction of the building and so you are entitled for refund of the money paid as well as interest on the amount.
