our neighbors in my apartment , installed grill gates covering the common corridors . We have five floors and fifty apartments. the corner flat owners, installed grill gates covering 20 sqfts aprox in every corner and refusing to remove and asking for compensation.nnMay i know how to deal this.

Hai Sir. I will assist you with respect to the issue that you have raised.

Initially you can issue one legal notice to them. or you can file a civil suit seeking to Remove such structures which are common corridors.
