Property inherited by a Hindu from his father, grandfather or grandfather's father, is ancestral property. ... In an ancestral property, grandsons have an equal share on the same. According to a Supreme Court ruling, a daughter can only claim ancestral property if her father died after the amendment of the Hindu law
wicked not shared how your grandfather transferred your big father whether by the way of settlement deed or by the way of partition deed or whether you are changed its name by Pata so double that the property is not divided till now by way of partition so you collect all the documents of the property details of your grandfather and give a legal notice for all the legal Heirs and after that if they are not working for a partition or your sir justice then you have a full remedy to approach the Civil Code for partition and get your part of motion in the property
